We rented this house and were told it came with a 2 car garage. There were two ladders against the wall and the landlord's stuff took up the entire garage. We moved one ladder in front of the other and she said we have to put it back. I have had a lot of rentals and maybe used them 2 times in 10 years.

We paid $500 to clean the place and it was cleaner than when we moved it. She made all kinds of claims about damage we didn't do and is trying to take most of our deposit.

She is always out doing work on the property in front of your window and has nothing to do all day but harass the tenant.

She also said we could move some things since we had a 1.5 year lease. She did a walk through and had a complete melt down because the orientation of the furniture wasn't how she wanted it.

She will try to take all of our deposit for nomal wear and tear. You really shouldn't live on the property if you want peace and quiet.

It is a huge liabliity if you rent the property.
